Overview :

The Sales Lead supports the management team in achieving store sales and profitability goals. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, the Sales Lead acts in the capacity of the manager on duty.


  • Communicates store and individual goals to all associates and uses metric results to motivate and coach to behaviors
  • Identifies and celebrates individual and team successes
  • Builds customer loyalty by creating connections with customers 
  • Works with customers to resolve merchandise and customer service issues

Coaches Store Team:

  • Acts as a Sales Floor Leader and a role model 
  • Encourages store associates to try on new styles to enhance product knowledge, assist customers in building outfits and project the brand image
  • Assists in training new associates, with particular focus on product and customer experience

Visual Merchandising:

  • Assists with planning and executing floorset and ongoing re-merchandising of store
  • Replenishes the sales floor consistently to ensure all sizes and minimum standards are represented on the sales floor

Qualifications :

  • Leadership qualities, training and team building skills     
  • Excellent customer service skills 

  • Strong style, merchandising and wardrobing skills

  • 2+ years Women’s Specialty Retail experience required, 1+ years in a store supervisory position preferred

  • Point of Sale and general Microsoft Office software, & Experience in relevant Human Resource processes

  • Must have availability to work during peak business periods, including Saturday & Sunday
