Experience local fitness and wellness groups. Call Mallory at 478-254-2933 to reserve your complimentary class today. Reservations are required! This is an outdoor lawn event, focused on women's health and fitness, men's health and fitness and senior health and fitness.




11:30am - 12pm The Wellness Center Zumba Latin Dance Class - For a fun cardio workout, sign up for this spicy combination of Latin music that will make you want to move! No coordination required. Join the party!
12:30pm - 1pm Homegrown Yoga Intro to Yoga - Locally gr(own) and operated, they teach core principles of yoga for people of all levels. Learn how to flow to build up heat & strength; stretch to gain ease & flexibility; and savasana to relax & give you that yoga glow! No experience required, but a matt or towel is recommended.
1:15pm - 1:45pm Ambitions Health Club

HIIT - Get ready for a killer workout based on Ambition's signature LFX class. This inclusive full body workout features short bursts of high intensitiy exercise followed by brief intervals of rest in between, taught by an experienced certified personal trainer.

2pm - 2:30pm Pure Barre Pure Barre Classic with a Twist - If you're ready to experience how the largest, most established barre franschise in the country can tranform your body & mind, then you'll love this pop-up class that combines Pure Barre's signature strength AND cardio classes. Participants must be 16 years of older. A beach towel or matt is recommended.
3pm - 3:30pm Crossfit Encompass Tabata Style Crossfit - High intensity interval class focused on bodyweight training movements. No gear or matts needed! 
4pm - 4:30pm Sparks Yoga Yoga Flow - An energetic class focused on core yoga postures, experience the fluid physical motion of flow for beginner or an experienced yogi. And learn more about Sparks Yoga community initiatives like their Free Pop-Up Yoga in downtown Macon, Yoga in the Park each month, and special events in partnership with local businesses.
