Learn how to flow to build up heat & strength; stretch to gain ease & flexibility; and savasana to relax & give you that yoga glow! No experience required, but a matt or towel is recommended.|

HIIT - Get ready for a killer workout based on Ambition's signature LFX class. This inclusive full body workout features short bursts of high intensitiy exercise followed by brief intervals of rest in between, taught by an experienced certified personal trainer.
